What are you going to do?

You like to take the lead when it comes to maintenance and optimization of processes. You get satisfaction from maintaining an overview, solving malfunctions quickly and professionally and at the same time improving the efficiency of our production lines. You do not hesitate to roll up your sleeves and always strive for the perfect balance between maintenance and production.

Your core tasks:

• Troubleshooting: Locating, analysing and resolving faults based on reports and your own research, using technical diagrams and manuals.
• Maintenance and inspections: Performing checks, identifying (imminent) defects and, if possible, repairing them immediately to prevent downtime.
• Support and instruction: Assisting in restarting installations after maintenance, repair or adjustments and instructing production personnel on correct use.
• Implementing improvements: Making proposals for modifications and renewals to equipment and installations, and implementing these proposals in practice.
• Stock management: Managing spare parts and ensuring correct administrative handling of maintenance.

What we ask

• You have completed a technical MBO education at least level 3 (related to the process industry, preferably Mechatronics);
• Knowledge of and trained in improvement methods (such as Lean) and extensive experience in optimizing production lines.;
• You have knowledge of maintenance theory (particularly components of preventive and autonomous maintenance);
• You are trained in HACCP, NEN 3140, ATEX 95 and 137;
• You have knowledge of machining techniques
