What are you going to do?
As a Sales Support Employee, you will be an indispensable link within our sales team. You will support our sales managers, be the point of contact for customers who carry our Buisman brand, and ensure that everything behind the scenes is organized down to the last detail. From processing customer requests and handling consumer complaints to maintaining customer contacts and monitoring agreements made, you take care of it all!
You will play an active role in independently maintaining relationships with a number of smaller accounts and with Buisman customers. You will translate agreements into concrete actions and contribute ideas about commercial opportunities. Within the set framework, you will visit customers and contribute ideas to achieve revenue growth.
Your Core tasks
- Supporting sales managers with administrative and commercial tasks.
- Managing customer data, contracts, and order information.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding prices, conditions, delivery times, and product range.
- Registering, assessing, and handling complaints and questions from customers and consumers.
- Maintaining contact with (smaller) accounts and independently making agreements within set parameters.
- Preparing reports and analyses regarding turnover and customer satisfaction.
- The preparation of customer presentations and support at supplier days and annual meetings.
What we ask
- MBO 4 degree in Commercial Economics or similar.
- Working in a varied temporary role, replacing a colleague on maternity leave.
- Relevant work experience, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (German is an advantage).

- Analytical, results-oriented, and able to switch gears quickly.
- Customer-focused, have strong communication skills, and are well-organized.

- A competitive salary of €3,407–4,686 gross per month based on 40 hours, tailored to your experience.
- Bonus up to €1,000 per year.

- Travel allowance (€0.23/km).
