Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on coordinating and realizing customer projects and liaising with various stakeholders? If you have an affinity with the food sector, then we are looking for you!
What are you going to do?
As a Project Manager, you are the central link in the realization of internal and customer projects, from initial design to completion. You keep track of progress, quality, budget, and planning, and ensure that customers, suppliers, and internal departments are always well informed.
You will work in a team with three other Project Managers and report to the Head of Project Management. You will also work closely with the Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Product Development, Quality, and Production departments.
Your Core tasks
- Translating customer agreements into concrete project plans.
- Assembling and managing project teams.
- Monitoring schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Organizing/attending kick-off meetings, trial productions, and initial production runs.
- Coordinating artwork and packaging processes and ensuring that everything meets the requirements of customers and regulatory authorities.
- Responsible for maintaining product data in databases and automated customer systems.
- Managing project information and ensuring correct transfer to production.
You are
- You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably with a (completed) degree in food.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to switch between various stakeholders.
- You are results-oriented, decisive, and have an eye for cooperation and quality.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English (German is an advantage).
