To support our team, we are looking for you as a material dispatcher(m/f/d) for 38 hours per week as soon as possible.

Your core tasks:

• Determining the raw materials and packaging materials required for production
• Communicating with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates and delivery times
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to avoid bottlenecks or excess stocks
• Checking delivery documents and invoices
• Creating and maintaining master data and parts lists

What we ask:

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in the specified field of activity desirable
• Very good MS Office skills
• Good English skills
• Structured way of working
• Organizational skills
• Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
