To support our team, we are looking for you as a full-time line manager for bar production (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your core tasks:

• Ensuring a smooth production process in terms of quantity and quality
• Close cooperation with the team leaders and other interface departments such as product development, technology and quality assurance
• Controlling and optimising the operational use of personnel and materials
• Team leadership in the early and late shifts
• Ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements, particularly with regard to occupational safety and quality
• Continuous optimisation of production processes

What we ask:

• Completed training, ideally in the food industry or alternatively comparable knowledge acquired elsewhere
• Good know-how regarding production processes and products
• Willingness to manage employees
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
• Practically proven IT skills
• Independent working style, high level of quality awareness and organizational talent
